Cementone 5L Bitumen Primer is designed for builders and roofers needing a reliable, high-penetration solution to prepare surfaces before applying bituminous coatings. Application
This primer is ideal for treating bitumen roofing felt, concrete roofs and floors, cementitious screeds and renders, mastic asphalt, as well as weathered corrugated iron and steel. It should be applied by brush or spray, thoroughly scrubbing into the surface to guarantee maximum penetration and bonding.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
