The Cromar ProGRP Fibreglass Chopped Strand Mat is a 1 metre by 15 metre roll of durable 450gsm matting, designed for builders, roofers, and tradespeople needing reliable reinforcement for polyester resin applications. Its soft texture makes it easy to handle and shape around complex moulds, making it an excellent choice for flat roofing and other structural repairs. This product is supplied as a roll and must be used with compatible unsaturated polyester resins.

This chopped strand matting is primarily used as a reinforcement layer within the Cromar ProGRP Advanced Glass Fibre Roofing System and similar polyester resin-based applications. It offers high mechanical strength and rapid resin wet-out, making it ideal for flat roofs, waterproofing layers, and structural repairs where a tough, consistent reinforcement is needed. Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
