• Underground (Terracotta) pipework is purpose built for the transportation of foul water and sewage in domestic and commercial properties to a sewage treatment system, septic tank or in the case of rainwater and treated effluent, to a soak away or watercourse
• Brett Martin drainage system features a lip seal within 110mm & 160mm single socket pipe and a market leading captive seal within 110mm fittings which secures against dislodgement and makes jointing easier

Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
