The IKO Enertherm 50mm ALU PIR insulation board is designed for builders and site managers needing reliable, multi-purpose thermal insulation. This rigid board combines a durable PIR foam core with aluminium foil facings on both sides, making it suitable for a range of construction applications where consistent performance and moisture resistance are essential. Application
Perfect for insulating underfloor heating systems, concrete floors, and flat roofs, this board also works well on timber, steel, and concrete decking. Its pressure resistance lets tradespeople walk on it during installation without compromising the board’s structure. Additionally, it can be used for pitched roofs (with neutral felt), loft spaces, cavity walls, and external walls with closed joints, providing versatile thermal protection across building elements.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £30 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.

We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs nationwide, including pallet shipping (subject to size and weight restrictions), site delivery, and same-day or next-day delivery via TradeKart (available in selected postcodes).
