The K Rend HP12 Render Base Coat 25kg is a polymer-modified cement-based product designed to provide a robust and flexible base for a variety of K Rend finishing renders. Trusted by builders and bricklayers, it ensures surfaces are properly prepared for a clean, durable finish. Please note, this product is sold as a base coat and does not include finishing render.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £175 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £175 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £30 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
