The K Rend 25kg HP12 Render Base Coat is a polymer-modified, cement-based product designed for builders and tradespeople needing a reliable and flexible base for finishing renders. It’s suitable for use on blockwork, masonry, brickwork and unpainted render surfaces, delivering strong adhesion and improved water resistance. This product is typically applied as a single backing coat to prepare surfaces for K Rend’s range of finishing renders.
Application
Ideal for use as a base coat on difficult surfaces including dense blocks, stone, unpainted render and brickwork. The HP12 formula provides excellent bonding and flexibility, making it perfect for stipple coats or thin backing layers prior to applying finishing renders such as Thin Coat, Dash, Brick Rend and Roughcast. Suitable for use on both new build and refurbishment projects, it can be applied by hand or machine to save time on busy sites.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
Delivery charges and policies may vary at the discretion of our branches, and we reserve the right to amend them as required.
We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs nationwide, including pallet shipping (subject to size and weight restrictions), site delivery, and same-day or next-day delivery via TradeKart (available in selected postcodes).
