K Rend HP12 Render Base Coat 25kg prepares even the most difficult surfaces for K Rend finishing renders such as Thin Coat, Dash, Brick Rend and Roughcast.With its high polymer formula, increased water resistance and adhesion, you can use this base coat for unpainted render, brickwork and dense block and it is ideal as a stipple coat.
Can be used over block work, masonry or stone backgrounds. It is Polymer modified and cement based to ensure flexibility and strength. Normally applied in 1 coat as a backing for K Rend finishes.
