Potterton Titanuim 24 Heat Only Boiler (also called regular, open vent or conventional) is one of the lightest boilers available in the UK, at only 19.5kg. Compact and easy to install, it is ideal for installation in a standard kitchen cupboard or confined spaces. It has a choice of outputs to suit most properties and budgets. Comes with an easy fit wall mounting bracket that is robust with a positive fix and audible lock so you know it's secure. No pump overrun or 'permanent live' required which saves time and money during installation, and less disruption for the home owner.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
