Terms and Conditions: Lords Leap – Your First Delivery Free
These terms apply to the "Your First Delivery Free" promotion under the Lords Leap same-day delivery service. Please read carefully to ensure your order qualifies.

1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to trade and retail customers placing their first Lords Leap express delivery order via the Lords website only. To qualify, orders must meet the following criteria:
- Delivery address must be within 6 miles of a participating Lords branch.
- The promotion is valid for customers who have not previously used Lords Leap delivery. Lords reserves the right to verify customer eligibility.
- The Lords Leap delivery option is available only for deliveries Monday – Friday.
Please note:
- This offer is only available on online express delivery orders placed through www.lordsbm.co.uk.
- Orders placed in-store, by phone, or via the TradeKart app are excluded.
2. Exclusions
- This offer excludes oversized or heavy products that cannot be fulfilled by the Lords Leap delivery service. These include, but are not limited to, bulk bags, pallets, and long-length items.
- Orders delivered outside the Lords Leap delivery zone (beyond 6 miles from the fulfilling branch) are not eligible.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other delivery offers or discounts.
- Same-day delivery available if order is placed before 2pm. If after 2pm, the delivery will be made the next working day.
3. Redemption
- The free delivery will be automatically applied at checkout to eligible orders placed via the Lords website.
- Only one free Lords Leap delivery per customer is permitted.
- Offer available for a limited time only and subject to delivery capacity.
4. General Terms
- Lords reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
- Lords reserves the right to refuse participation where abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation is suspected.
- All orders remain subject to Lords Builders Merchants’ standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, available at lordsbm.co.uk.
