Returns

We are happy to accept returns as long as the items are returned in a re-sellable condition. You can return your items to your nearest Lords Builders Merchant branch, along with proof of purchase. Or you can arrange for us to collect the products by calling 0845 303 8400 with your order number and details of the products you want to return

Please note: that our minimum charge for this collection service is 15% of the order value, this could be more depending on your location and the product type.

Will a restocking charge apply?

A restocking fee may be applied to certain products. There are some products we cannot refund such as paper bagged cement, tins of paint etc.
