Roofing Supervisor - Beaconsfield
We are looking for a Roofing Supervisor
Are you a roofing specialist with strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making sure customers feel genuinely supported?
We’re looking for a Roofing Supervisor to lead our roofing offering at Lords Builders Merchants in Beaconsfield. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things roofing—helping trade and retail customers with everything from product selection and technical advice to quotes and stock availability.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only confident in their product knowledge, but also proactive in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in expanding our roofing customer base and increasing our share of the local market.
Responsibilities:
· Responding to customer enquiries and providing expert technical advice on roofing systems
· Generating accurate quotes and processing orders
· Proactively following up on leads and opportunities to grow roofing sales
· Managing and ordering roofing stock in line with customer demand
· Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
· Supporting site visits as needed (a valid driving licence is essential)
· Collaborating with the wider team and supporting general sales where required

Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Requirements:
· Strong technical knowledge of roofing materials and systems
· Proven experience in the builders merchants or roofing supply sector
· A proactive sales mindset with the ability to drive business growth
· Excellent communication skills and a natural approach to relationship building
· Confident using IT systems and managing quotes, orders, and stock
· A valid UK driving licence for potential site visits
