The Soudal 750ml B1 Fire & Acoustic Expanding Foam is a professional-grade, gun-applied polyurethane foam designed for tradespeople working on fire safety and insulation projects. Its fire-resistant properties make it the smart choice for plumbers, heating engineers and builders installing fire retardant window and door frames, as well as sealing cavities and penetrations in roofing and construction. Please note this product is supplied as a 750ml canister compatible with foam guns.
Application
This expanding foam is tailored for use where fire protection and acoustic insulation are critical. It’s perfect for filling gaps around fire-rated window and door frames, helping maintain fire compartmentation with resistance up to 4 hours depending on joint configuration. It also works well for insulating pipe penetrations, roofing joints and other cavities in building fabric, providing excellent thermal and sound insulation. The foam bonds firmly to most common building materials without the need for a primer, speeding up installation on site.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
