BIW Liquid Asphalt Composition (LAC) is a two coat, cold-applied damp proof membrane that can be used for ground floors, as a vapour barrier behind cladding and for tanking basements. You can also use it for waterproofing foundation walls, ducts, lintels, columns, beams and other structures at, above or below ground level.

• Dries to a uniform gloss black finish

• Provides both waterproofing and barrier to radon

Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.

For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:

Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
