The Timloc Vertical Extension Sleeve +150mm is designed for roofers, builders and loft converters needing to raise telescopic underfloor vents where suspended floors feature vertical steps. This sleeve seamlessly adds 150mm in height—about two brick courses—without reducing ventilation efficiency. Please note, the underfloor vent units are sold separately.

Specifically suited for suspended timber floors with vertical steps of 6 to 7 brick courses, this extension sleeve allows for a neat, straightforward installation. It ensures consistent airflow beneath floors to prevent damp and condensation problems, eliminating the need for on-site vent modifications.

Orders over £175 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £175 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:

- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
