Important: The following delivery information applies only to orders placed online.

Delivery Times

When placing your order, you will be able to view available delivery times at the checkout. Simply select your preferred date and time slot to ensure your order is delivered at a time that suits you best.

Delivery Charges

Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.

For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:

Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.

Delivery charges and policies may vary at the discretion of our branches, and we reserve the right to amend them as required.

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate nationwide needs, including pallet shipping, 2-day DPD delivery, and site delivery. Delivery charges are based on location, product type, and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout. For any queries, please contact our sales team at websales@lordsbm.co.uk.

Order Collection

If you prefer to collect your order, we offer a free Click and Collect service from our branches. Simply choose the “Click and Collect” option at checkout, then select your preferred collection date, time, and branch location. Your items will be ready for you to pick up at your convenience.

Delivery on Bank Holidays

We generally do not operate on Bank Holidays unless under exceptional circumstances. For the most accurate information, please refer to the opening hours listed on our branch pages.

Damaged Goods

We recommend inspecting your goods upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, please notify us within two working days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so that we can address the issue promptly.
