Returns are possible as long as the items are in a re-sellable condition. Items can be returned to the nearest branch along with proof of purchase.

Alternatively, you can arrange for a collection by calling 0845 303 8400 with your order number. The collection service has a minimum charge of 15% of the order value and may increase depending on location and product type.

A restocking fee may be applied to certain products.

Please note we cannot refund perishable products such as paper bagged cement or tins of paint.

How long does delivery take?

At the checkout page, you can see the delivery times available and book the date and time slot that suits you the best.

Is there a delivery charge?

For orders over £150 ex VAT there is no delivery charge. Otherwise, a charge of £25 + VAT per order will apply.

All deliveries are free for account holders.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. Once you place your order, on the delivery page choose the Click & Collect option. This will allow you to select the collection slot as well as the branch.

Do you deliver on bank holidays?

As long as our branches are open on bank holidays, we also make deliveries. The opening hours are up to date on the branch pages, so you can check there for more information.

Please make sure you inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged (or not delivered), you must write to tell us within two working days of delivery (or the expected delivery time). Please also allow time to inspect the damaged goods.

An account gives you 24/7 access to your invoices, statements, and payment terms. All account holders benefit of free delivery and trade discount prices.

What are the differences between a credit account and a cash account?

With a credit account you pay monthly for a 30-day credit with a flexible limit. You can benefit from online and branch account management, as well as free deliveries for your orders.

A cash account is on a pay-as-you-go model that includes trade discount prices, invoice management, and dedicated branch assistance.

We keep a close relationship with our suppliers. If you are looking for a specialist product, please get in touch with your account manager or with the team at your local branch who can arrange deliveries straight from the manufacturer.
