Altecnic 3/4" F x F Safety Relief Valve 3 Bar is used to protect the hot water cylinder, heating system, boiler and other system components from high pressure. The valve is selected for the required set pressure. As the pressure rises, when the discharge pressure is reached, the valve opens and discharges into the atmosphere, preventing the pressure within the system reaching levels which would be dangerous for the boiler and the hot water storage cylinder.
