Leadax Flashing 400mm / 16 Inch 6m is a popular Lead alternative. Leadax has the same unique properties as Lead & Zinc, without having to compromise on quality, flexibility or price. It is applied in exactly the same way as Lead & is equivalent to code 5. It is made from recycled polyvinyl butyral (PVB), which is the safety film used in laminated glass such as car windows.
