Ultra Flex 5Kg Top Coat, in Grey, is a component of the Ultraflex Liquid Waterproofing System and provides flat roofing applications with a highly protective topcoat and glossy finish. Unaffected by neither algae or mould growth, Ultratop will keep in top condition for many years and reduce maintenance requirements to a minimum. It should be applied over Ultraflex after no more than 48 hours have passed. It is suitable as a nonslip surface with the addition of silica sand or mineral slate chippings.
