The Developer Range Eave Tile Dark are suitable for new build, bringing warmth and individuality into new and refurbished projects, or for the purpose of making sure your project blends in sensitively with its surroundings. With a deeper texture, these tiles immediately have the appearance of tiles that have been in place for years. Eave tiles must be used with plain tiles as an undercourse or overcourse at the eaves or top edge. Eaves tiles form the lowest row of tiles at the facia board to create the first row of full tiles' double lap. They also come in handy for the top row of ridge tiles, where the top edge of the second row down should remain at a level covered by the ridge tile.
