At Lords Builders Merchants, we understand that circumstances may change and you might need to return an item. Our commitment is to make this process as simple and efficient as possible for you.

Changed your mind?

No problem! You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will issue a refund for the cost of the goods, excluding delivery charges. Please note that a 25% restocking fee may apply. To initiate a return, simply contact our team, and we will guide you through the necessary steps. You will need to cover the return delivery cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Received a faulty or damaged item?

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for collection at no cost to you. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-returnable items

Certain products are non-returnable unless they are faulty. These include:

• Perishable goods (such as cement and plaster)
• Chemicals & paints
• Bulk bags or poly bags of aggregates and sand
• Bespoke or cut-to-size timber and special order items
