200mm x 200mm x 4m Oak Beam QP1 Grade is a high-quality green oak beam, freshly sawn from QP1 graded European oak. QP1 grade ensures minimal knots, no redwood, insect damage, or other detrimental defects, with a minimum of three straight edges (often four) and only a small amount of wane permitted on one edge. These beams offer excellent consistency and clean appearance, making them ideal for structural and decorative uses.
Green oak beams are supplied with a high moisture content. As they dry, some natural discolouration, shrinkage, and movement will occur, enhancing the authentic look of timber-framed structures. We offer a cut-to-size service — please contact your nearest branch for more information.

Click & Collect is also available from selected branches. However, please be aware that stock levels can fluctuate, so we’ll confirm product availability and collection timing once your order is placed.
Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
Delivery charges and policies may vary at the discretion of our branches, and we reserve the right to amend them as required.
We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs nationwide, including pallet shipping (subject to size and weight restrictions), site delivery, and same-day or next-day delivery via TradeKart (available in selected postcodes).
