40 Best Ever Deals Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the "40 Best Ever Deals" promotion celebrating our 40th anniversary. Please read them carefully before making a qualifying purchase.
1. Promotion Overview
The “40 Best Ever Deals” promotion is run by Lords Builders Merchants (“Lords”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and celebrates our 40th anniversary with a selection of promotional offers on selected products, available while stocks last, for a limited time only.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion will run from 1 May 2025 until 31 May 2025, unless extended or withdrawn at our discretion.
3. Eligibility
Offers are open to trade and retail customers aged 18 or over. Offers are available in participating Lords branches and online at lordsbm.co.uk, subject to stock availability.
The promotion is applicable to online collection orders and in-branch collection orders. Delivery orders are excluded from lordsbm.co.uk.
4. Promotional Offers
- Offers apply only to selected products as listed in-store, online, or in Lords promotional material.
- Products included in the promotion and the level of discount may vary by location.
- All offers are subject to availability and may be amended, withdrawn, or substituted by Lords at any time, without prior notice.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns of promotional products will be subject to Lords’ standard return policy. In cases where a promotional item is returned, the refund will reflect the promotional price paid at the time of purchase.
6. Prize Draw Terms
- Customers who make a single transaction of £40 or more (including VAT) during the promotion period will be automatically entered into a prize draw, if purchased via participating channels (in-store or online at lordsbm.co.uk).
- The draw will take place in early June 2025.
- Only one entry per qualifying transaction. Multiple entries are permitted where multiple qualifying purchases are made.
- Details of the prize(s) will be communicated in-store and via Lords’ digital channels.
- Winners will be selected at random and contacted using the information linked to their Lords trade account.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another eligible entrant.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Lords reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.
- Lords reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms.
7. Right to Amend or Cancel
Lords reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion (including any individual offers or prize draws) at any time, and for any reason, without liability. This includes correcting any errors, updating eligibility, or removing products from the offer list.
8. General
- By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Lords’ decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
- This promotion is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
