Haringey Play Association supports children and families across Haringey focusing on the belief that play is essential to every child’s life, a biological need which is vital for children’s development.
Impact
Haringey Play Association supports children's right to play, a right enshrined in Article 31 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
They are committed to promoting children's agency and providing spaces and opportunities where they are free to be children.
Our Support
Lords Group Foundation has given Haringey Play Association a grant for a new Tango Swing in their adventure playground.
Lords Edmonton delivered the materials needed, the Tango Swing has been built and 500 children are expected to use it in 2024!
