We understand that not all customers may feel comfortable visiting branches. However, there are still lots of options for placing your order with Lords:

Call & Collect 
Available in all branches during opening hours, simply call your local store to a book collection slot and your goods will be ready to be loaded upon arrival, allowing you to get in and out even faster! 
 
Click & Collect 
Available online at any time, purchase your materials from the Lords website and select the Click & Collect option at the checkout. Please note orders under £50 should be made via Call & Collect.  
 
Buy Online 
By opening an account online, you will be able to see the best prices, access orders, and book delivery slots. If you are an existing Lords account holder and want to access your account online, or if you'd like to set up a new account with Lords click here for more details. 
Deliveries 
We continue to offer our reliable delivery service to supply materials directly to your chosen address. In fact, we have recently strengthened our fleet as we understand this is likely to be an increasingly vital service to our customers.  
 
Our Order & Track service offers you total clarity on delivery times and allows you to prepare for the arrival of goods on site.
