Bostik Cempolay Universal Primer is a bonding agent for non-porous surfaces including power-floated concrete, ceramic and quarry tiles, rigid metal, terrazzo, asphalt and surface membranes, and a primer for porous substrates such as sand cement and timber. You can use this product before applying any of the Cempolay range of smoothing compounds to improve flow and curing.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:

- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
