Cromar ProGRP 20kg Roofing Topcoat is a specialist fire-retardant coating designed for use with the Cromar ProGRP Advanced Glass Fibre Roofing System. It creates a durable, tack-free, watertight surface that protects flat roofs from weather damage and heavy wear. This product is ideal for builders and roofing contractors who demand reliable, long-lasting results with minimal upkeep. Please note this topcoat is intended for use with the ProGRP system and should be installed by approved professionals to qualify for warranty coverage.
Application
This topcoat is tailored for flat roof projects requiring a tough, weatherproof finish. It’s perfect for trade users working on commercial or domestic flat roofs, offering excellent sag resistance and easy roller application even on sloped surfaces. Its impact and foot traffic resilience make it suitable for roofs subject to occasional maintenance visits or foot traffic. The cold-applied formula means no heat or specialist equipment is needed on site.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.

We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs nationwide, including pallet shipping (subject to size and weight restrictions), site delivery, and same-day or next-day delivery via TradeKart (available in selected postcodes).
