Keylite 550mm x 780mm Deep Tile Flashing is designed to ensure a watertight seal for single roof window installations into profiled or interlocking tile roofs. With its easy-to-fit structure and reliable performance, it ensures a clean finish and lasting protection.
This flashing kit is suitable for use with tile depths of up to 90mm and a roof pitch between 15° and 90°, making it compatible with a wide range of roofing materials including flat tiles, profiled interlocking tiles, interlocking slates, and profiled sheeting. It comes complete with four key components: a top apron, left and right side flashings, and a unique one-piece bottom apron that enhances weather protection and simplifies fitting.

Click & Collect is also available from selected branches. However, please be aware that stock levels can fluctuate, so we’ll confirm product availability and collection timing once your order is placed.
Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £7.50 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
Delivery charges and policies may vary at the discretion of our branches, and we reserve the right to amend them as required.
We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs nationwide, including pallet shipping (subject to size and weight restrictions), site delivery, and same-day or next-day delivery via TradeKart (available in selected postcodes).
