Fernox 400g Water Hawk Jointing Compound is for use with hot and cold potable (drinking) water. Used on the joints and threads of the pipework where the water quality requires maintenance. Ideal for use on pipe diameters up to 25mm and with reinforcement fibre on pipework over 25mm. It is suitable for Potable water, Natural Gas, steam, air (excluding medical lines) brine, alcohol and L.P. Gas.
