Mapei 20kg Topcem Hydraulic Screed Binder is a special fast drying hydraulic binder used for producing bonded, unbonded or floating screeds, including those with piped underfloor heating. Ceramic or porcelain tiles can be installed after 24 hours with natural stone installation possible after 2 days. Topcem mixed with suitably graded aggregates and water, hardens within 24 hours, significantly reducing project times.
