Johnstones 5Ltr Stabilising Solution Clear is a matt finish exterior paint, used to bind friable or chalking substrates to produce a surface for further decoration. Suitable for use on concrete, cement rendering, brick, stone, blockwork and pebble dash. To ensure there is good adhesion of the masonry coating, the surface must be non-glossy.
