Sandtoft Plain Eave Tile Smooth Dark Grey is a cross cambered, concrete plain tile. With neat lines and a double cambered design for stunning appearances, this tile provides complete design flexibility. Eave tiles must be used with plain tiles as an undercourse or overcourse at the eaves or top edge. Eaves tiles form the lowest row of tiles at the facia board to create the first row of full tiles' double lap. They also come in handy for the top row of ridge tiles, where the top edge of the second row down should remain at a level covered by the ridge tile.
