RIW 25L Liquid Asphalt Composition (LAC) is a trusted cold-applied damp proof membrane designed for builders, bricklayers and site managers requiring a robust waterproof barrier. Application
This two-coat liquid membrane is suited for damp proofing ground floors and tanking basements, as well as serving as a vapour barrier behind cladding and plaster systems. It’s also widely used to waterproof foundation walls, ducts, lintels, columns, beams and other structural components, whether above or below ground level. Its cold application method makes it easy to handle on busy sites, ensuring a clean and efficient waterproofing process.

Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £150 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £20 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
Delivery charges and policies may vary at the discretion of our branches, and we reserve the right to amend them as required.
We offer a variety of delivery options to meet your needs nationwide, including pallet shipping (subject to size and weight restrictions), site delivery, and same-day or next-day delivery via TradeKart (available in selected postcodes).
