Thompsons 5L One Coat Water Seal is a reliable, breathable waterproofing solution designed for builders, bricklayers and site managers needing effective moisture protection. It’s ideal for use on brickwork, stone, concrete and plaster, penetrating deeply to safeguard against water damage while allowing trapped moisture to evaporate naturally. Please note, this product is supplied in 5-litre containers and is ready to apply directly to damp surfaces.
Application
Perfect for sealing external brickwork, pointing, stonework and concrete on construction sites or refurbishment projects. The micro silicone emulsion carries waterproof resins deep into substrates, reducing freeze-thaw damage and preventing efflorescence. Its breathable nature means it stops water ingress without trapping moisture, helping maintain structural integrity over time. Delivery Charges
Orders over £175 ex VAT within our local delivery area qualify for free delivery. This excludes palletised or specialist products.
For orders under £175 ex VAT, standard delivery is £10 plus VAT. Certain products have specific delivery costs:
- Civil Engineering products: £30 + VAT.
- Roofing Tiles under £249.99 ex VAT: £60 + VAT.
