Branch Manager of the Year

We are delighted to announce that Lords Beaconsfield Branch Manager Reina Reeves was awarded the Branch Manager of the Year at the Builders Merchants Awards 2023. 

The award recognizes branch managers in the industry that demonstrated exceptional achievements by introducing strategies and initiatives that boosted branch sales, improved staff morale, and overall, create a more cohesive branch within the business. 

Reina went above and beyond to boost branch reputation and customer satisfaction. 

Some of the initiatives implemented include: 

• Same day delivery service and take off service to customers for large projects, to address customer needs. 
• Strategies to promote new product ranges and services launched with the opening of the refurbished branch. 
• Championing trainings at all levels and building a multiskilled team creating flexibility within the team to cover roles. 

Reina’s efforts brought positive results in the branch’s overall performance, particularly visible in customer satisfaction and colleague engagement.

I apply this in every aspect of branch management, from site layout and supply management to operations and delivery. We don’t do anything special. We just go out there to sell building materials.”
