Builders Merchants of the Year 6-20 branches

We are proud to announce that we’ve received the Builders Merchants of the Year 6-20 branches award at the Builders Merchants Awards 2023.

The award recognizes builders merchants with between 6-20 branches that has most successfully developed and improved their business since October 2022.

In the past year, we’ve implemented initiatives to improve customer experience in-branch and online.

Some of the key strategies include:

Opening two bathroom showrooms to address the needs of the homeowners market in key areas.
Implementing new product ranges and specialisms, such as roofing, timber, and architectural ironmongery.
Fleet investments to develop safer and more efficient operations for our customers.
Adding flexible delivery options to our online offering and introducing nationwide couriers and pallet delivery to widen our reach.

The strategies implemented along with the dedication of our colleagues resulted in improved customer experience, including in-branch and online.
