A customer enquiry came through on the Live Chat service we operate on our website, as she wanted to build a play area in her garden for her children and she needed advice on the best materials to use. After a couple of days of back and forward contact to make sure we had the dimensions to be able to fit into the space provided in the garden, we built a list of materials ready for a delivery within 3 days. She was amazed with the fast turnaround from initial Live Chat conversation to when the delivery was due out.

This is the fourth time she has used Lords Timber for materials and is always so amazed with the service and turnaround time from quote request to the delivery being made and has left us a great review as you can see. This service wouldn't have been possible without the help of the boys at Byfleet for being so flexible with delivery times and offering such great customer service when delivering. After a small issue of not ordering enough materials, the customer contacted me directly and I was able to get out the extra materials needed to finish the project next day which she was delighted with as she had promised the children their new play area would be ready for the upcoming weekend.
A few days passed and the customer emailed me and sent me a progress photo of the play area. Unfortunately for the children, the weather put a spanner in the works for it to be completed for the weekend as promised. It's moments like this where you realise you've really helped someone the way they'd expect, when they take the time to review yourself and your colleagues and also send update photos of the projects that you've provided advice for.
